About Zuhayb, the Consultant.
I help organisations tackle their biggest tactical problems and turn them into strategic opportunities. Think of me as a “business detective”. I identify business enhancement opportunities, and construct smart systems and Operating Models. My outcome goals are to keep companies safe, compliant, ready for the future, whilst enhancing revenue generation.
I have worked with over 25 global organisations, across 13 countries. Designed and implemented over 30 Target Operating Models and Risk Frameworks., and saved and generated over $100m across my clients through operational efficiencies, and revenue generation strategies.
